When does the next monthly payment happen?

Your first payment starts setup. Your first live month begins once your website and core communications are working and tested. The next payment is one month after that launch point.

Are calls and texts unlimited?

Calls and texts include an allowance, with the allowance and extra-use rates confirmed before activation. Extra usage needs your approval, or an optional top-up with a spending cap you choose.

How long does setup take?

We prepare the website and customer system after guided intake, then review the work with you. You approve the website preview before publication. Timing depends on your material, feedback and any external approvals; there is no fixed launch guarantee.

Can I keep my existing tools?

Yes. You can use Wholeverb alongside existing software or discuss a switch. We review any imports and access first. Custom integrations are outside the initial scope.

What stays mine?
