Information you give us

Get Started asks for your name, email address and phone number. Contact asks for your name, email address, topic and message. We use those details to respond to your request and discuss the work you need. Please leave out passwords, payment information and sensitive customer records.

Where enquiries go

Enquiries are saved in Wholeverb’s dedicated database, hosted by Neon in the United States. The website is hosted by Vercel. Our email provider may process an enquiry to notify Wholeverb, and Google Workspace handles our business mailbox. These providers process information to operate the website and our enquiry correspondence.

We restrict enquiry access to the people and service credentials needed to operate Wholeverb. Enquiry details are not published on this website.

Security and abuse prevention

The hosting service processes network and request information to deliver and protect the website. Our form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. We do not save your raw IP address in the enquiry database. No security measure eliminates every risk.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

This launch does not enable advertising pixels, session replay or optional visitor analytics. Form contents are not sent to analytics services. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide the applicable choices before activating it.

The enquiry form keeps its review and retry state in the current page session. Wholeverb does not use that form to subscribe you to marketing messages.

Retention and your choices

Website enquiry records expire after 12 months and are removed by scheduled maintenance. Relevant correspondence may remain in our business mailbox while we handle the request or an ongoing business relationship. Separate customer-service terms and notices will cover any service you later activate.

You can ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information by emailing abdou@wholeverb.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.

Sharing and external links

We use service providers to host the website, store enquiries and handle correspondence. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where required to meet a legal obligation or protect the service.

Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own policies. This notice covers the public Wholeverb website, rather than a business’s future customer-management account.
